Refund & Cancellation
1. Subscriptions
betterdesign.ai is offered on a subscription basis. When you purchase a plan, you are billed in advance for the applicable billing period (monthly or annual, as selected).
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to info@betterlabs.live. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
3. Refunds
As our product is a digital service delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge.
- A verified inability to access the service due to a fault on our side that we cannot resolve.
- A refund request made within 7 days of first purchase, where the service has not been substantially used.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@betterlabs.live with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 3 - 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
