These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and products operated by Better Labs Private Limited (“Better Labs”, “we”, “us”), including betterdesign.ai. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on the basis described at the point of purchase. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway.
5. Intellectual property
The BetterLabs name, betterdesign.ai, and all related software, content, and branding are owned by BetterLabs and protected by law. You retain ownership of content you create using the product, subject to the licences necessary for us to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
